The dolphin symbolizes protection, guidance and transformation in Hawaiian and Celtic cultures.
My beloved hometown of Pacific Palisades, California, has been devastated by wildfire. The dolphin is the mascot of my alma mater Palisades High School. Creating these dolphin pendants is my way to connect to and rally for my Palisades and for Altadena as they recover from the fires.
When you wear your pendant, you will be connecting and rallying, too.
40% of the proceeds from sales will be donated to two organizations helping people impacted by the disasters.
Using a CNC mill in my workshop, I engrave my dolphin artwork on pieces of recycled cymbal. The finished pendant is 3/4" in diameter. I call these bronze talismans Cymbals of Strength.
The pendant hangs from a sterling silver chain - your choice of 18" or 24" length - with sterling silver clasp & jump rings.
My donations will go to the California Community Foundation calfund.org and CERF+ (The Craft Emergency Relief Fund) cerfplus.org.
