Frequently Asked Questions
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes. Please send us a message regarding your special project.
Will you make a piece of jewelry using my own strings and/or parts?
Sure! Make your Upbeat Jewellery experience even more personal by commissioning Wesla to create jewelry using your own instrument strings and/or parts. Contact us to discuss.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unlike our previous online store, this store does not currently accept PayPal. If you prefer using PayPal for jewelry purchases, please visit our Upbeat Jewellery Etsy shop.
Do you accept international orders?
We do accept international orders. Please contact us before placing your order, if ordering for shipment outside of the U.S. Our current shop settings are limited to domestic orders. As we continue to set up this new online store, we will add checkout options for international shipping rates and other relevant information. In the meantime, we will work with you on an individual basis to determine the best shipping costs and methods for your order.
